Please contact us, if you would like to book yourself in for a treatment during the festival.

For more information on each of the treatments, see below.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a Chinese/Japanese form of Hands-On Healing. Traditional Shiatsu works along the Acupuncture Meridians using pressure applied by palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees or feet. Shiatsu is both a preventative and healing art, as it both restores and rebalances the human body energetically.
A Shiatsu practitioner looks for where the energy might be stuck, lacking or overflowing and works to rebalance the energetic systems so the energy can flow better in the body and the symptoms of pain and feeling unwell or sick can disappear.
Rooted in Chinese Medicine (CM) Shiatsu can treat a great variety of symptoms and conditions, covering the whole range from physical to emotional, mental and spiritual.

These will be 15 minute sessions but they can be blocked together into longer sessions if you wish. There will be a nominal fee for the sessions – £7/15 minutes.

Laura Davison  will be offering treatments on Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoons.
Swedish Massage and Reiki
Cara Potts of Harmony Ways will be offering treatments of Swedish massage and/or Reiki healing in 15 or 30 minute slots. Cara is a fully qualified Swedish Massage Therapist and Reiki Healer.
Cara uses organic virgin raw coconut oil that treats the skin by sinking deep into the dermis softening, moisturizing and conditioning.  It is also full of antioxidants that can help to reduce premature aging of the skin.  Cara treats clients on a holistic basis, focusing on treating the whole person using an effective combination of massage and energy healing.
Ayurvedic Massage

A full Ayurvedic massage is a full body massage carried out on a mattress on the floor, that works on releasing stress & tension from the body. The massage combined with various stretches help to release emotional blocks & induce a deep state of relaxation.

Ayurvedic massage provides this wonderful opportunity to just relax & be, allowing yourself to still your mind & connect with your body.
